Shipping & Returns
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
We only ship within the contiguous United States and some APO addresses.
Most items are made to order, so please allow 2-3 days handling time. If you place a large order or work with us to design something totally custom, the handling time may be as long as two weeks.
Due to our rural location, we offer limited expedited shipping options. We cannot guarantee that rush deliveries will arrive on time to you.
If you have any questions about our shipping or handling policies, please contact us before placing your order so that we can make sure that you have an excellent ordering experience.
Our edible toppers keep fresh for a year, so make sure that you order in plenty of time for your event! If anything is damaged during transit, that gives us time to get you a replacement.
Made to Order and Custom Items
We do not accept returns for any edible or customized items. This is because these items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. If your order arrives damaged, we will do everything we can to get you a replacement in time for your event. Just send us photos of the damage when you contact us. We do not offer refunds on shipping costs.
For all other items, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
